Gas Safety Certificate for Landlords
If you are a landlord, it’s a legal requirement to have a gas boiler service and obtain a Gas Safety certificate every year. As a landlord, you are required to ensure that all gas appliances are checked and safe for your property's tenants to use.
This certificate is a legal requirement for landlords and must be handed to your tenant before moving in or within 28 days of the inspection. The CP12 certificate proves to your tenant that the gas appliances within the property are fit for purpose.
A Gas Safe certificate costs £60 + VAT/per year, but you can break down the cost and include it as part of your monthly landlord cover plan for £5 + VAT/per month instead. A digital copy is instantly available on completion.

Carbon Monoxide Alarms for Landlords
We offer carbon monoxide alarm fitting service. Prices start from £50 plus VAT when carried out with any landlord gas safety check.
Carbon monoxide alarms, or CO alarms, must be fitted in rooms containing a solid fuel burning appliance, such as a log burning stove, according to UK law. The carbon monoxide detectors should also be installed in rooms containing gas appliances.
All our alarms are factory sealed and have a 10-year warranty.
